To develop and expand the Mauritian market by introducing innovative solutions and achieving revenues and sales targets.

 

Strategize and provide leadership to IOX Mauritius Business.

  • Derive a long term vision and direction for business expansion in the Wholesale, Cloud, Data Centre and Transformation Service at IOX.
  • Devise and implement sales strategies for the Mauritian Market
  • Forecast and plan next financial year’s Business targets.
  • Give pricing inputs on basis of market data/trends for the various stakeholders and be the lead for the future strategy of the business.
  • Ensure replication of best practices and successful cost effective solutions in the team.
  • Conduct competition benchmarking and analysis to highlight vertical industry trends, possible expansion plans, new entrants and competitor positioning.
  • Suggest growth strategies based on customer growth plans and market research; get top management buy in for the same.
  • Process Improvement and Re-engineering
  • Predict domain trends, basis annual sales forecasting and market movement.

Achieve sales and revenue targets assigned through the Proper account Penetration and Mapping:.

  • Achieve revenue, margin, sales and market share targets for national and international accounts.
  • Protect existing revenues through customer retention activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure focus on long term / multi year contracts.
  • Ensure service delivery as per customer commitments.
  • Increase customer account penetration with IOX  range of products / services.

Developing Account based strategy.

  • Understand the existing solutions and propose customized solutions to maximize share of business from account.
  • Design & implement ‘right’ sales strategies for the accounts.
  • Identify appropriate mix of products required to provide an effective solution for a particular customer while meeting all the relevant service needs.

Maximize collections.

  • Balance revenues by ensuring order bookings to be converted to billable revenues.
  • Ensure timely collections of the billed customer invoices.
  • Ensure account wise reconciliation to ensure proper control.
  • Be the first level contact for all queries of the customer

Drive customer satisfaction

  • Conduct periodic review to monitor, control and enhance Customer Satisfaction. 
  • Ensure provision of after sales service to customers through the Technical and Operations team, as per defined SLAs.
  • Ensure collection of customer feedback on key identified parameters (questionnaire) on a regular basis; root cause analysis of SLA non-conformance.
  • Ensure organization of client engagement programs (road shows & parties) for key clients.
  • Minimize the number of customer churns.

Build strong long-term relationships/partnerships with the customers in the Mauritius.

  • Ensure frequent interaction and relationship building with strategic position holders of all the key accounts , industry veterans etc.
  • Facilitate master agreements with Customers.
  • Identify new platforms for partnership with customers .
  • Benchmark sales and service delivery process with customers for better Improvement.
