Leal Communications & Informatics Ltd is actually looking for a Trainee IT Engineer - Cloud (YEP).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the design, installation, implementation and support services for IT equipment on sites.

-Assist in customer interventions

- Help in site surveys, participate in customer meetings, and assist in building technical solutions for customers.

-Assist to write up technical proposals.

- Help in server and other IT equipment installation as per requirement and project timelines.

-Respond to incidents and resolve as per SLA requirements.

-Follow up on incidents and ensure closure to customer’s satisfaction.

-Follow all company and ISO procedures.

-Document all implementations and interventions.

-Communicate with customers.

-Assist in training customers as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

- HSC / Degree in Electronic Engineering / Computer Systems

- Experience in IT Support would be advantage

- CCNA or MCSE would be an advantage
