Payroll Assistant

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Payroll processing
  • Review and analyse payroll data and reports
  • Maintain and update all employee records and payroll system

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • HSC with good grades in Maths or Diploma in HR
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in payroll processing
  • Sound knowledge in Sicorax software
  • Extremely versed in Mauritian Labour Laws, ERA 2008

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
