Leal & Co Ltd is actually looking for Outdoor Sales Representatives to promote the Sales and Distribution of automotive various products by managing and developing a portfolio of customers and achieving sales as per targeted budget.

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
• Achieve sales by using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, telephone calls, presentations, etc)
• Maintain and expand client database within an assigned portfolio
• Work in close collaboration with Credit control department for debtors follow-up and payment collection
• Perform regular market survey
• Carry out customer prospection
• Identify and resolve customers’ concerns
• Perform on the job training for new sales employees

Experience and qualifications

• HSC with a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar position
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• A valid driving license is a must
• A Certificate/ Diploma in Marketing/Sales and an experience in the automobile industry would constitute an advantage

Knowledge and skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good reading and writing as well as basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to work under pressure
