THE POSITION:
Anahita Residences and Villas Ltd (ARVL) is recruiting a Homeowners Relation Assistant Manager to assist the Head of Homeowners Relation in overall property management services provided to Anahita Owners. The Homeowners Relation Assistant Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of services to the Homeowners of ARVL and handles all the administrative part of the department. To provide exceptional service and completely delight our Homeowners by meeting, greeting and assisting them in all their queries during their stay and pior ro their arrival.

The Homeowners Relation Assistant Manager will report to the Head of Homeowners Relation.
EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management.
• Perfect Knowledge of Word, Excel and Opera.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in both English and French (Written and Verbal)
• Experience in the Hospitality industry would be an advantage.
• Must hold a Driving License (Private Car)
