Our client is seeking to recruit a Financial Accountant to provide effective support to its busy Finance Department. They operate tours and consequently operational logistics in over 120 countries.

Responsibilities:

Check tour invoices against costings and approve for payment
Notify treasury of payments to be processed and monitor progress
Bookkeeping for multiple cashbooks in Xero
Reconcile various tour leader's petty cash accounts while monitoring tour expenses
Compile tour income and expense summaries
Import tour budget figures in Xero

Profile :

Degree and or ACCA Partly Qualified
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
MS Office
Xero Accounting software 
Proven Sales Experience 
Great attention to details with methodical approach to tasks
Travel and geographical knowledge
Capacity to work within a multi dimensional team
Must have own transport
