Dealing with travel claims for specific clients and handle Halo claims for collision damage waiver. In addition, deal with accident exchange ( call make to garage for cost of towing) and TicketMaster Refund( refund of policy premium on ticketmaster).
Main duties:
- Handling of claims in an acceptable time limit (SLA)
- Call to be made to garage for cost of towing (accident exchange)
- Refunds of insurance premium (TM Refunds)
Competencies:
- Mastery of the Customer and Call Center business processes (Customer Relationship)
- Good speaking and listening skills
- Full concentration and good analytical skills
- Team spirit
- High sense of confidentiality and discretion
- Good presentation
