To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the smooth and efficient operation of one’s allocated section on a daily basis, as per instructions of his/her Manager.
Checks the quality, quantity and temperature of food and beverages delivered from the kitchen or the bar, and ensures that deliveries tally with menu, orders and dockets.
• Verifies that incumbents carry out cleaning and clearing duties as per established standards.
• Checks the accuracy of both the content and spelling of the printed menus to ensure that they are free of mistakes at all times.
