•Understand and apply Unit/Integration Testing in Projects •Experience in integrating security measures into the software development process •Experience in team leadership and project management •Experience in research and development will be an advantage

• Degree in Computer Science from a recognized institution or equivalent
• At least 6-7 years experience in Java Advanced Programming, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JPA, Struts, Ajax, Javascript , jQuery, jUnit, CSS and HTML
• A very good understanding of Design Patterns and OOP
• Conversant with Agile Methodology
• Understand and apply Unit/Integration Testing in Projects
• Experience in integrating security measures into the software development process
• Experience in team leadership and project management
