• Recruit as per the needs of the company with close monitoring of Manpower Planning.
• Assist with the preparation ,process and checking of payroll
• Administer and explain benefits to new and existing employees
• Co-ordinate and manage the recruitment process
• Provide assistance to Managers and employees on HR issues; records any communications regarding HR issues.
• Leads the process of disciplinary action by organizing and attending disciplinary hearings and ensures that they are conducted in line with the provisions of the Employment Rights Act.
• Ensures staff welfare & harmonious work environment.
• Ensures that Performance Management System is carried out in line with the company’s policy and procedures.
• Ensures Training needs are established as part of Performance Appraisal procedures along with strategic business needs and prepare the Training Plan accordingly.
• Liaises with Training Providers for costs, course contents & selecting best alternative.
• In consultation with the management initiates, plan and implement improvements on the company’s systems & processes.
• Ensures that the company is fully compliant with Occupational Safety & Health Act.
