Sales Executives (Real Estate)

At Fairstep, we are a team of HR professionals who provide expert HR Consultancy & Recruitment Services.

 

 

 

Main Duties:

  • Assist in the selling and renting of properties & ensure that sales targets are achieved
  • Analyse clients’ needs and match with properties offered by the Company
  • Arrange & conduct site visits
  • Negotiate and finalise terms of agreements
  • Develop a networking of prospective clients & seek new sales opportunities
  • Provide on-going feedback on sales & market insights to management
  • Assist in the development of marketing actions, e.g. advertising, brochures, road shows, etc.

 Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum HSC / BAC
  • Diploma / Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or BTS Action Commerciale
  • Minimum of 2 years’ of sales experience; knowledge of the real estate is desirable but not essential

 Ideal Profile:

  • Demonstrable sales track record
  • Natural relationship builder; networking skills
  • Ambitious, energetic & well-presented
  • Confident with a high level of personal resilience & grit
  • Results focused
  • Possess a clean driving license and preferably have use of a car
