Our Client is seeking to recruit a Food & Beverage Supervisor for its operations in Seychelles Island
Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the Restaurant and or Bar as and when required;
Supervise the Restaurant and or bar staff;
Provide direct supervision and control of the service of food and beverage;
Liaise with the Executive Chef or his designate the acceptability of the food quality, presentation, preparation and description;
Supervise and check receipt of orders;
Check and maintain stock levels;
Greets guests on arrival and attends to their seating;
Ensure that high level of guest satisfaction is achieved;
Maintain the restaurant log book, recording guests complaints, revenue covers and other appropriate details on daily basis;
Carry out daily inspection of the Restaurant and or Bar to ensure cleanliness.
Profile
Qualification in Hotel and Hospitality Studies or equivalent;
Training record in Customer Service;
Have a minimum of 2 years experience of Restaurant and Service experience;
Knowledge and skills of all the Restaurant functions;
Fluency in a third language is an advantage;
Experience and well versed in hotel software packages;
Good communication skills;
Customer Care skills and experience.
