We are looking for a travel consultant, who is passionate about travelling, to manage travel requirements made for business or holiday. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship with our clients through expert advice and keep our customers satisfied and loyal for future services.

Responsibilities

Plan and sell air tickets, hotel accommodations, insurance and other travel services.

Works together with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

Provide appropriate information, regarding travel needs e.g brochures and publications, local customs, maps, regulations, events and so on.

Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.

Enter data into our software and maintain client files.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a travel agent

Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, AMADEUS.

Fluency in English and French

Strong sales skills and commercial awareness

Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively

Diploma in Travel, Tourism or relevant field.
