Job Summary

 

The Learning Coordinator will serve as the day-to-day contact for our customers and is responsible for providing a seamless student engagement to deliver a superior training experience. The Learning Coordinator will work with a variety of internal and external team members and work directly with customers to ensure students are setup and prepared for their training activities.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the Dayforce Live membership account activations within the Ceridian Education Center
  • Update NetSuite to reflect Dayforce Live membership activation completions
  • Monitor and triage email communications received in the Dayforce Education inbox
  • Respond to internal and external email communications received related to Live membership accounts, course availability, or registration processes
  • Setup customer training sessions on the Ceridian Education Center
  • Assist with updating learning offerings and quizzes on the Ceridian Education Center
  • Send customer welcome emails for a variety of Dayforce Education programs
  • Assist Business Analysts with ad-hoc projects as required

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and respond to time sensitive inquiries
  • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Absolute commitment to customer satisfaction and service
  • Comfortable using Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and customer relationship, or similar software solutions
  • Willingness to learn new software applications
  • Works will independently
  • Willingness to work different shifts; between hours of 17:00pm and 2:00am
