WE ARE RECRUITING A INTERNAL COACH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT FOR OUR OUTLETS AROUND THE ISLAND

Duties & Responsabilities

- Give all new and old employees of Aldrex Suppliers a trainning in customer service

- To ensure the follow-up of the staff's trainning

- Watch all the staff's behavior, attitude with clients in our shops

- Do regular reports to the Shop Manager

- To ensure the "bon fonctionnement" of each training 

- To ensure that employees comply with procedures

Experience

- Bac + 3 

- Experience of 1 or 2 years in a same position

- Experience in cosmetique, hotel or restauration would be an advantage 

- Holder of a valid driving licence and with his/her own car would be a plus
