As Data and Insight Analyst, you will work with all areas of the business from marketing, CRM and design teams to drive key business insights through the use of data analytics

Responsibilities:
. Extracting data for other teams
. Analysing and interpreting player behaviour patterns and other data-points
. Solving business questions which have a direct impact on performance of the business. 
. Leveraging the use of data to drive business growth 
. Producing ad hoc analyses to help the business understand the performance of business functions and processes to drive decision-making 
. Making use of large amounts of structured data to understand how our players interact with our products and offerings 
. Working closely with marketing, design, CRM and finance teams to provide insights and deeper analysis to understand the root cause of changing trends. 
. Responding to ad hoc data extraction requests as required 
. Building ad hoc reports to meet business needs 
. Working with the BI development team to design and build self service automated BI solutions 

Profile:
. 4+ years  experience in a related role
. Bachelor s Degree in Maths or Statistics is essential
. Strong ad hoc SQL query development or similar 
. Advanced VBA 
. R statistical analysis tools 
. Demonstrated experience with data manipulation and analysis in an online consumer facing business 
. Strong analytical and communications skills; ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations 
. High degree of creative, high attention to detail analytical and problem solving skills 
. Ability to work in team environment and under pressure
