Job Summary 
Training System Administrator providing administrative support to the Ceridian Education Center CEC (Learning Management System) and metrics and dashboard reporting.

CEC Responsibilities: 

• Set up new training items, curricula, courses, programs, training events and assessments in the CEC.
• Handle day-to-day administration requests, such as setting up new users (employees and contractors), fielding tickets for users unable to access CEC, unlocking assessments.
• Assign training to users.
• Register users for training.
• Create new exams using PQE, run standard/modified reports, create custom reports (Plateau Report Designer – SQL); partnering with Analytics team
• Import data into LMS. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with import files. 
• Maintain security access of new and existing users in all internal systems.
• Work towards creating common standards in the CEC; partnering with other functional groups using the CEC.
• Become expert on functionality of CEC system.

Reporting/Dashboard Responsibilities:

• Create monthly dashboards for Support Training Delivery leadership on internal and external training activities and trends utilizing data from Microsoft Access and a custom SharePoint database.
• Create, modify and troubleshoot complex Excel import files for a custom Microsoft Access database using Visual Basic code.
• Understand reporting needs of key stakeholders. Extract data and run reports, as requested, from LMS, WebEx, Microsoft Access and custom SharePoint database.
• Run consolidation of weekly reports; import into RTM database.
• Run various Crystal reports; input data into Excel dashboards.
• Update Pivot Tables, as needed to refresh data.
• Maintain documentation on internal processes.

Qualifications: 
• Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting system errors and upgrades
• Strong working experience with SQL, HTML, and Visual Basic 
• Advanced level experience with Excel and imports
• Experience with administrator responsibilities in WebEx Training Center
• Advanced level experience with Microsoft Access
• Strong experience with technical systems administration
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn new applications, processes and technologies quickly
• Excellent organizational, self-management and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to research and identify creative solutions for situations that are outside standard functionality of multiple systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
