You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Relations Supervisor / Manager will be responsible to assist with guest services in various areas of the hotel, such as reception, executive floor, communication or concierge.
At least 2 years experience in each positions in a five star property.
-Excellent planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.
-Proactive, creative, outgoing and outspoken personality
-Good Listener, able to react in all situations
-Fluent in English / French, a third language is a definite advantage.
