DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Welcome and direct guests to their seats; present menu and wine list and also take orders.
• Performs mise-en-place of tables, service stations, as instructed by immediate supervisors.
• Must be familiar with all items on the menu, learning the ingredients of dishes/cocktails so as to answer guests whenever taking orders.
• Serves food and beverages as per instructions by adhering to the hotel Quality Standard of service.
• Cleaning the work place and performing ancillary duties.
•Ensuring a speedy and efficient service.

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
• A minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Outgoing and pleasant personality.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Honest and courteous.
