Our client, in the offshore sector, is looking for a Junior Client Accountant

The successful candidate will be responsible for

Main duties and responsibilities will be but not limited to:

• Input of transactions on a daily basis and ensure that system is always up-to-date
• Assisting in preparation of accounts and other reports
• Assist Client Accountants/Team Leader for:
• Preparation of accounts for GBL1, GBL2, Domestic Companies and Trusts (In compliance with relevant acts & IFRS, management accounts on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, half yearly or as per clients’ requests)
• Computation and filing of Corporate Tax, APS, VAT, TDS & Payroll (PAYE, NPS & NSF)
• Liaising with Auditors and clients for queries/requests pertaining to the preparation/audit of Financial Statements
• Ensuring that time sheet is completed at the end of every week
• Assisting in various other administrative works

Experience:

•  Min one year experience in accounting or audit
