JOB SUMMARY:
o provide support to users on all platform related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Checks of all systems and monitoring on interfaces on the platforms.
• Provide IT support effectively and efficiently to UK and Europe customers.
• Websites setup and administration.
• SQL clusters maintenance and administration.
• Citrix server farm administration.
• Troubleshoot application issues and work with different teams for implementations.
• Liaise with service provider for any issues regarding hardware and others

Experience Required:
Skills
• Windows Server Administration
• Website Setup and Administration
• SQL Cluster maintenaince and administration
• Citrix Server Farm administration
• FTP Management
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
• Degree in IT
• At least 1 year experience in Windows Server, Web and SQL administration
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Customer focus
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Multinational exposure & experience
• Citrix knowledge
