Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Claims and Administrative Support (claims department).

 

Our client, in the insurance sector, is looking for a Claims and Administrative Support (claims department).

Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible to perform administrative support in a professional and timely manner.

Main responsibilities:

  • Welcome and answer preliminary queries from clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Perform administrative duties

Qualification:

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
  • At least 1 year’s working experience

Candidate profile:

  • Be proactive and dynamic
  • Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Be a team player
  • Be conversant with MS Office Tools
