JOB PURPOSE The job incumbent will have to deal with spare parts ordering for the Service Centre.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To collect information from the different technical departments and stores pertaining to parts requirements on a day to day basis
- To liaise with the local and foreign suppliers on parts availability and price.
- To place orders of spare parts and track same until arrival in our stores
- To follow up goods receipting with store
- To liaise with stock control department for prompt costing of spare parts
- To ensure close monitoring of payments to suppliers
- To ensure proper filing of documents
- Any cognate duties to this position
EXPERIENCE
- HSC
- Knowledge in Accounting
- At least 2 years’ working experience in similar position
- Team player
- IT literate and proficient with MS Office applications
