To perform IT intervention and preventive maintenance support.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•Minimum HSC
•Higher Diploma or Diploma from an accredited college or university with a concentration in IT or Computer science-related discipline
•ITIL V3 foundation certification (preferred)
•(Comptia) A+ Hardware & Software certificate
•Any Microsoft certifications such MCSE/ MCSA (preferred)
•Knowledge of IT Security, conversant with Data Protection, Viruses and Malware, Banking Laws and Regulations, Compliance and general IT Governance
•Past experience of Windows Active Directory
•1 or 2 years experience in similar position
