Responsible for carrying out all activities related to logistics of the consultants.
Job description (Responsibilities & Accountabilities)
- Prepares Local Purchase Order (LPO) for the purchase of tickets. Forwards signed copies of LPO to Supplier.
- Coordinates with Public Relations Officer (PRO), Clients, Visa agencies, Embassies, Consultants for arranging Visa / Work permits.
- Coordinates with Client regarding meet and greet arrangements.
- Obtains approvals for purchase of tickets, booking of hotels etc. for Consultants / MPHGS employees.
- Follows up with Consultants on the required documentation related to Mobilization / Demobilization process.
- Collects all necessary documents like passport etc from the recruited consultants.
- Assists Accounts Manager with regards to Logistics matters. Provides them all information about mobilization status.
- Coordinates with Finance Department with regard to approvals for the LPO, Payments, and Supplier Invoice etc.
- Coordinates with Assistant (Human Resources) on matters related to Medical and Insurance Certificate of Consultants.
- Prepares Employment Certificate and Mission Order related for Logistics purposes.
Employee Profile [Educational Qualification, Skills & Experience]:
- Bachelor's degree /licence Bac+3
- Ability to work as per superior’s instructions / guidelines. Good in IT skills like MS word, and Excel. Good in Communication. Proficient in English & French Language
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar organization.
