Sales Executive for Rogers Aviation Leisure Services

As leader of our sales team, you will play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within existing partners and developing the revenue for our different activities:
- Catamaran cruises (Croisières Australes),
- Nature activities in Frederica (in relation with our sister company in Bel Ombre)
- Seven Colored Earth and Restaurant Chamarel

Candidates must:

- Be well networked and successful in the leisure & travel market

- Have demonstrated success in leadership and in achieving commercial results

- Be results oriented and focused on reaching targets

- Demonstrate commercial behavior and willingness to offer top of mind service

- Be willing to operate on a regular basis on the field to develop and maintain close relationship with partners

 The responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting and developing new experiences

- Supervising reservations team and supporting special requests

- Managing contracts and relationship with external suppliers (DMC)

- Developing new sources of revenue

- Updating reports for sales

 Qualification, Experience and Skills required:

- Bachelor degree preferably in sales and marketing from an accredited institution

- 5 years of professional services in Sales

- Have experience in contract negotiation

- Hands on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentation

- Strong Leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Be holder of a valid driving license
