Responsaibilities:
-To collect and update orders and update invoices/credit notes on the IT system
-To work closely with Marketing & Sales team to achive sales target
-To perform telesales according to established routing
-Liaise with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met
-To provide good customer service and update the customer database
-To proactively follow-up leads generated by Sales Force
Key comptencies required:
-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
-At least 2 years of experience within a sales/customer service environment
-Computer literate
-Good organisational skills
-Team player and ability to build strong working relationships
-Achievement oriented
-Certificate in Customer Service will be an advantage
