Data Analyst

Linkopia (Mauritius) Ltd, a well-established service company with over 300 collaborators is looking for a Data Analyst/Scientist to join its Operations Team.

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for data, analytics and modelling and are interested in turning their analysis skills toward solving operational and strategic problems.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with key stakeholders in the organisation to develop deep understanding of all the metrics driving our growth and identify trends & opportunities.

Be a hustling multi-tasker, supporting teams across the organisation. You’ll be one of the go to people when anyone needs an objective, data driven assessment of a situation.

Drive the strategic decision making process through your heavily data-driven/analytical approach and operational mindset.

Present findings to senior management to drive business and operational decisions.

Dig through our extensive datasets to find actionable insights for the operations team.

Role in the Operations Team:

Designing and evaluating data experiments
Monitoring key growth metrics, understanding root causes of changes in metrics
Building and analyzing dashboards and reports
Building key data sets to empower operational and exploratory analysis
