Croisières Australes Ltd a subsidiary of Rogers Aviation (Mauritius) Ltd specialist in boat charter is looking for a natural leader that can help coordinate our fleet of catamaran in the north.
Experience in crew and boat management, are certainly requirements but motivation, leadership, a great sense oriented personality, and passionate about sea are the key elements of our ideal candidate.

- Improve customer service quality results by maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving clients problems.
- Ensure that the carnet de bord is updated accordingly.
- Contribute to the sales team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Manage daily preparation of cruises including stock orders.
- Responsible for the maintenance of boats on a regular basis.
- Supervise and organize boats “Carenage”.
- Liaise with Management on a regular basis.
- Be in charge of the human resources administration for the crew members that is leave planning, rosters, communicate to the HR department recruitment needs and training needs for the crew members etc…
