RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaising with job agencies for expatriate recruitment
- Processing expatriate-related documents (residence permit, work permit & renewal of passport) with Ministry and related authorities
- Responsible of dormitories and ensure that same are well maintained and regularly audited.
- Build a strong business relationship with the expatriates and act as a single point of contact for them and managers.
- Prepare reports for the management
- Give administrative support on all HR projects implementation as well as employees’ events organization.
- Help in the payroll purpose
- To perform site visit as and when required
- Report to the HR Executive
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Diploma/ Degree in the Human Resources Management in a recognize Institution
- Holder of a valid Driving License
- Proficiency in all Microsoft products especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in the Expatriates Management
- Fluent in Hindi / Urdu would be an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Mauritian employment Legislation
- Minimum Working experience of 1 Year.
