Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client is looking for a Company Secretarial Administrator who will work as part of a team and will deal with all aspects of administration relating to trusts and companies.
Reporting to the Team Leader - Corporate and Administration Services based in the Mauritius.
Outline of main duties and responsibilities
- Maintenance of Company records in accordance with legislative, internal compliance and other statutory requirements.
- Maintenance of Company records on Jobstream, CBRIS and other databases.
- Preparation and attending Board and Committee meetings.
- Drafting of minutes, resolutions and general correspondence.
- Regular Liaison with third parties including auditors, banks and the regulatory authorities in Mauritius.
- Assisting with Adhoc projects.
Skills and experience required
- A working knowledge of the Companies Act 2001, Financial Services Act 2007 and other related regulations in Mauritius.
- A working knowledge of a Company Secretarial software (Jobstream or Blueprint) and BoardVantage or similar board portal.
- A systematic work method, attention to detail, self-motivated and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff and management.
- The ability to prioritise and plan a challenging workload.
- Good computer skills, and in particular a good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook email.
