Main Responsibilities:

• Daily report on Cash collection
• Update billing and accounting systems by coordinating and monitoring bank receipts
• Monitor & update payment received by credit card

• Dealing with Brokers
• Create, update and monitor list of credit notes
• Update and analyse extracts from specific banking software
• Prepare daily sale receipts
• Prepare monthly reports
• Send corresponding emails upon receipts of yacht sale payment & update yacht sheet

Qualification

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economic      

Candidate Profile:                                                                   

• Totally fluent in English and French
• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience
• Strong leadership skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and relationship skills
• Autonomous, dynamic & Self Motivated
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook
• Be able to work within a team and under pressure
