The Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations
1. Monitor inventories of supplies and materials and ensure sufficient stock is available
2. Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings and record and transcribe minutes
3. Prepare purchase orders and ensure payment to suppliers
4. Prepare daily and monthly report
5. Arrange for equipment repairs and maintenance
6. Prepare privilege card to distribute to employees and customers
7. Prepare gift vouchers upon request
8. Liase with Media Officers for advert processing
