MAIN SCOPE OF JOB
To assist the Human Resources Executive in the day to day administration of the Human Resources Department ensuring compliance with all legal aspects of employment law & company policy as outlined in the HR Manual of operation, Employee Handbook and other documents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To recruit employees including developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates
2. To assist in payroll and maintaining records relating to employees
3. To plan training, including inductions for new employees
4. To conduct new recruit and leavers procedures and follow up all required documents to be submitted by staff
5. Maintain staff personal files
6. To follow up leaves of staff
7. To follow up company asset given to staff such as Name tag, Lockers and all
8. Other duties as required or requested from HR Executive
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years in the HR department from a hotel
REQUIRED SKILLS
A dynamic, strong and positive attitude person who is flexible and can handle multiple tasks at the same time respecting required deadline
