The Operations Coordinator will coordinate lease operations, manage disbursements, and liaise with banks and clients to keep leasing and finance processes running seamlessly
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lease Agreements: Ensure that contracts are prepared within the stipulated timeframe.
- Disbursements: Process payments to suppliers in a timely manner, within 24 hours upon receipt of all required supporting documents.
- Documentation: Maintain a thorough understanding of all required documentation and ensure completenessat all times.
- Liaison: Coordinate effectively with banks and clients to ensure that all payment arrangements are set up promptly.
- Filing System: Establish, organize, and maintain an efficient filing system to facilitate easy retrieval of records.
- Operational Oversight: Maintain an overview of all processes related to the registration, termination, and maturity of lease. Provide backup to the Operations team as required and ensure full collaboration and support at all times.
Profile:
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
- Dynamic, proactive and attentive to details
- Good understanding of leasing and finance operations
- Strong administrative and operational coordination skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- HSC, or any other equivalent qualification in Administration / Finance
- 2-3 years - Proven experience in operations management / administration or a similar role
