We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our bank. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome to visitors while efficiently managing calls and front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage all incoming calls via the switchboard/PABX in a professional manner
- Direct calls to the appropriate extensions and take accurate messages
- Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression of the bank
- Record visitor attendance and manage visitor access procedures
- Assist with customer queries and provide general support to the public
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Handle incoming faxes and distribute accordingly
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and documentation (e.g. sign-in records)
- Monitor parking requests and visitor badges
- Support the Sales Team with follow-up calls when required

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar receptionist role
- Min HSC or any similar qualification acceptable by the bank
