Technical assistant

Carry out all maintenance, repair services as instructed by superiors and perform regular checks as per standards

Carry out effective and efficient maintenance for both internal and external customers
Minimize wastage
Provide maintenance in areas required and attends to repairs effectively and efficiently
Report and carry out all corrective actions in areas required and give feedback
Fill in all paperworks as required
Electricity:
Check all electrical systems as required
Install new electrical equipment/appliances as instructed and as per safety regulations
Monitor electricity consumption
Plumbing Operations:
Check all plumbing installations as required
Check water level and reading of CWA and gaz consumption
Unclog drains whenever required
Install and repair hot water system, bathrooms and roofing pipes
Painting Operations
Apply decorative and protective finishes to the interior and exterior walls, doors, windows and other surfaces of buildings and equipment, after cleaning and preparing surfaces
Carry out on all varnishing works
