The IT Manager is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, management, and control of all IT systems, infrastructure, and digital initiatives across the organization.

Job Summary
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s entire IT function, including strategy, infrastructure, systems, and operations. This role ensures that all IT initiatives align with business objectives while maintaining high availability, security, and performance of systems. The IT Manager leads digital transformation projects, manages IT teams, and ensures efficient delivery of technology services across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy and roadmap
- Manage IT budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business goals
- Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and supervise IT staff (infrastructure, network, ERP support)
- Plan and coordinate daily IT operations, including maintenance and upgrades
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure service efficiency
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions
ERP & Business Systems
- Administer ERP systems, including user access and security
- Support business processes such as reporting, stock management, and financial operations
- Coordinate system enhancements with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure system reliability and user support
Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment (users, licenses, security, compliance)
- Administer Azure cloud infrastructure and databases
- Monitor email systems, security, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate licensing and vendor relationships
Infrastructure & Network Management
- Oversee servers, Active Directory, file systems, and SharePoint
- Manage LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and connectivity
- Ensure system performance, availability, and scalability
- Supervise hardware/software installations and upgrades
Database & Reporting
- Manage SQL Server databases and data integrity
- Generate operational and financial reports
- Perform data updates and ensure consistency across systems
Security & Compliance
- Implement IT security policies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor cybersecurity threats and system vulnerabilities
- Manage physical security systems (e.g., CCTV)
Vendor & POS Management
- Manage relationships with external providers (banks, telecom, vendors)
- Ensure POS system uptime and compliance with regulations
- Oversee contracts, SLAs, and service delivery
- Manage domain hosting, websites, and SSL certificates
Telephony Systems
- Administer PABX and communication systems
- Ensure reliability and performance of telecom services
Digital Transformation & Projects
- Lead IT and e-commerce projects from planning to implementation
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
- Manage timelines, testing (UAT), and successful deployment
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT management or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and ERP systems
- Experience with SQL Server and database management
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity and data protection practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
