Logidis Ltd is seeking a Supervisor for the DRY Warehouse operations, who is responsible for overseeing assigned warehouse activities related to a specific client’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end picking, consolidation, cross-docking, and dispatch preparation activities for the assigned client
- Ensure operational plans align with client SLAs, order volumes, and delivery schedules
- Monitor order flow and proactively address risks related to delays, shortages, or service failures
- Ensure compliance with client-specific SOPs, handling requirements, and quality standards
- Coordinate with transport, planning, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Supervise, support, and guide Team Leaders responsible for picking and consolidation activities
- Ensure effective manpower planning, shift allocation, and workload balancing
- Monitor team performance, productivity, accuracy, and attendance across shifts
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and corrective actions where required
- Support training, onboarding, and competency development for warehouse staff
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of WMS/ERP systems across all client-related activities
- Monitor stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and batch/lot traceability
- Review and investigate stock discrepancies, damages, and variances
- Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and client audits
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve inventory accuracy
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements
- Enforce warehouse safety rules, PPE usage, and good housekeeping practices
- Monitor product handling practices to prevent damages, losses, or contamination
- Support internal and external audits, including client quality inspections
- Communicate performance results, risks, and improvement actions to management and clients
- Review and validate daily and weekly operational reports (volumes, accuracy, productivity, backlog)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, efficiency, and cost control

- Ability to analyse operational data and drive improvements
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems
- Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
- At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or senior team leader role
