The HR Officer main responsibility is together with the HR Manager - Operations address the HR operational requirements of LCL Cynologics Ltd. Additionally, the employee will assist in broader HR functions while actively promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and facilitating the final selection and the hiring process.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions, posting job openings, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill open positions.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Handle the off-boarding process for employees leaving the organization.
- Be a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Prepare attendance report and communicates to the operations on daily basis.
- Assist the HR Manager - Operations and the Management Team in developing a learning and performance-driven culture.
- To take the lead in developing training materials to assist in facilitating SOP training as per defined calendar.
- To ensure that all training records are available and training matrix is always updated.
- Administer and maintain the yearly training program to ensure compliance with training requirements in collaboration with the Quality Department.
- Assist in implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Help in organizing events, activities, and programs that promote a positive work culture and boost team morale.
- Ensure that proper records are kept in a timely manner in employee files through a proper filing system and stored in full confidentiality.
- Maintain a proper and updated record on HRMS (scanned documents, employee database...)
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Human Resources Management or any other equivalent/related qualifications.
- At least 4 years experience in Human Resources in a similar capacity.
- Holder of a valid driving license or has an own means of transport.
- Conversant with MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of HRMS.
- Demonstrated understanding of labour legislation and employment regulations.
