We are posting this job advert on behalf of one of our sister hotels - Coin De Mire Attitude. The F&B Coordinator supports the Food & Beverage department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, ensuring smooth communication between teams.
Administrative Support: - Prepare and maintain departmental reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and record-keeping for F&B operations.
- Vipertex (daily input anc correction ofanomalies).
- SCM input for daily requisitions including Bulkshop
- Daily Buffet tags alignedwith brand guidelines for the different meal periods.
- F&B menus to be uploaded on the QR code.

Event Coordination: - Assist in planning and organizing F&B events, banquets, and special functions.
- Liaise with kitchen, service teams, and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
Communication & Liaison: - Act as a point of contact between F&B management and other departments.
- Communicate updates, changes, and requirements effectively to all stakeholders.
Inventory & Procurement: - Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of F&B items.
Compliance & Standards: - Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Support audits and maintain accurate records for compliance purposes.

- Qualifications & Experience
ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in F&B operations or coordination role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality software (POS, inventory systems)
DESIRABLE
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 1–2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Initiative-driven, respectful, and humble attitude
