Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing, candidate selection and preparing employment contracts
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, monitor leave management, and securely file HR documents in compliance with company policies
Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance management processes
Organise and coordinate staff training and professional development initiatives
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between management and employees
Support workplace health and safety practices for a positive workplace environment
Perform general administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation
Requirements & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
Sound knowledge of HR pratices and employment legislation
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and bility to handle confidential information
2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR and Administrative role
