Quantity / Construction Surveyor

Tianli Construction Company Ltd, Grade A company in the building and civil engineering sector, is looking for a Quantity / Construction Surveyor

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
• Prepare and analyse costings for tenders;
• Preparing and action bulk orders, purchase orders;
• Measurement of Quantities
• Allocate work to Sub-Contractors
• Prepare procurement and quotation analysis;
• Cost control and wastage monitoring;
• Measure, value, submit and negotiate Variations of works done at site;
• Cash flow preparation and perpetual update;
• Applications for payment in regards to conditions of contract;
• Requesting and checking of advance payment and performance bonds;
• Cost reporting and forecasting;
• Final account agreement and sign off;
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors;
• Site Meetings ;
• Understand the implications of health and safety regulations

Qualification:

• BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction sector for Quantity / Construction surveyor

Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Auto Cad and other IT/tender applications.
• Reliable, honest and trustworthy.
