Golf Operations Attendant

We are looking for an Golf Operations Attendant to join our team in Moka!

• Welcome and assist golfers throughout their visit, providing clear information on facilities, services, and course rules
• Manage check-in procedures and support tee time coordination to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the driving range, including ball collection and maintaining cleanliness
• Ensure practice areas (putting and chipping areas) are properly set up and maintained
• Monitor the pace of play and communicate with relevant teams to ensure a positive guest experience
• Ensure golf carts are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Support the pro shop with basic assistance when required (customer queries, stock, etc.)
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of golf events and tournaments
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe environment for guests and team members

• Interest or basic knowledge of golf is an advantage
• Previous experience in hospitality, sports, or outdoor operations preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
