Proshop Attendant

We are looking for a Proshop Attendant to join our team in Moka!

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a high level of service at all times
• Advise customers on products, recommend suitable items, and support upselling to maximise sales
• Process sales transactions accurately (cash and credit) and ensure all sales are properly recorded
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer guest queries and provide guidance
• Ensure the boutique is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing at all times
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, including adapting displays when required
• Monitor stock levels, assist with stock counts, and raise requisitions when necessary
• Ensure all items are properly labelled and stored to avoid loss or damage
• Follow opening and closing procedures and support daily operational requirements
• Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and report any issues to the Supervisor

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused approach
• Well-organised with attention to detail
