• Welcome clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude and direct them to their respective appointment
• Handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and meeting room
- Assist customers and employees for any information
- Work in close collaboration with office staff to notify them of incoming calls promptly and prepare outgoing mail diligently
- Ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Providing support to other departments and managers.
- Ensure clean office environment.
- Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed.
- Routinely re-order department supplies.
- Update mail/phone directories.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal (English and French).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
