We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing / Brand Executive to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking and has a strong understanding of modern marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of brand and marketing strategies
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (trade, social media, print)
- Manage and grow brand presence both in trade and online by working on trade marketing plans and implementation by sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand different categories and propose ideas for growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints
- Support product launches, events, and promotional activities
- Manage relationship with suppliers on brand plans and execution of same in the market.
- Work on brand plans and follow up with sales team for trade execution and visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – both French and English
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
