PNL is looking for a Senior Operational Administrative Clerk to join our Team.
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the Operational Administration Department.
- Maintain filing systems, records, correspondence, and operational databases.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
Transport & Fleet Management
- Manage the company’s vehicle fleet, including scheduling, usage tracking, and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation (insurance, registration, logbooks) is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with service providers.
Fixed Assets & Inventory Management
- Maintain and update the fixed assets register, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation records.
- Conduct regular physical verification of assets and reconcile discrepancies.
- Generate asset and inventory reports for audits and management review.
Reporting & Excel Skills
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and analyses using advanced Excel features (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all operational records and reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with policies.
