Beachcomber Catering is looking for a passionate and talented Demi-Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our dynamic pasty brigade.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with HACCP requirements
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
- Support the team during service and contribute to smooth pasry operations
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines strictly
Profile & Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel or catering environment
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert presentation
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good team spirit and communication skills
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Relevant culinary qualification will be an advantage
