The Waiter / Waitress will deliver excellent guest service by serving food and beverages, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and upholding high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality across bar and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tables, and service areas.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all items are available for service.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age when serving alcohol.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
